Tristan Barnett enjoys graphic design, a skill that has become useful in web design and Graphical User Interface (GUI) development. Most of his artwork is created in Photoshop, although he also has experience in 3D design.
Tristan also enjoys drawing and digital artwork. To the right is the digital line art for a piece used in a conservation awareness competition held by DeviantArt community members. The final work received an honourable mention.
To the left is a logo Tristan voluntarily designed for his university’s team for the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2010 held in Warsaw, Poland. Team Simulacrum’s project was a crowd simulation system, which could simulate the movement of people at events such as soccer matches or simulate the evacuation of people from a burning building.
The logo has a soccer-stadium look to it with the heads of spectators at the top, in line with the theme of Soccer World Cup.
